摘　　要：以成本最优为目标,考虑了车间资源有限等约束条件,探索了基于看板的循环配送方式在物流超市物料配送系统中的应用,为最优循环时间和看板数量提供了决策方案。In this paper, with cost optimization as the objective, we considered such constraints as finite workshop resources, etc., and then explored the application of the Kanban-based milk-run distribution practice in the distribution system of the logistics supermarket.
