摘　　要：针对军事运输需求展开分析,以区域联合策略为基础,提出在战区联勤部建立"地区性军事运输服务集中采购中心"以构建军事运输服务集中采购运行体系,整合军方需求、发布信息、匹配供需、提供监管。指出根据军用物资专用性及保密性要求,选择业务外包、军地联合配送、军队自行运输、供应商直达配送等不同的军事运输保障模式,并对军事运输服务集中采购模式进行了分析。In this paper, we proposed to build the local military transport service centralized purchasing center in war zone support services so as to establish the military transport service centralized purchasing mechanism and integrate the functionalities of military demand publishing, demand-supply matchmaking and supervision. Then we pointed out that in view of the specificity and confidentiality requirement of the military materials, we should choose different military transport modes and then analyzed the centralized purchasing mode of each of them.
