摘　　要：立足珠三角地区轨道交通快速发展的背景,调研珠三角地区轨道交通行业中高级技能型人才需求,归纳了人才需求特点,分析了中高级技能人才需求现状,为中高级技能型人才培养提出了可行建议。In this paper, in view of the background of the rapid development of the rail transit industries in the Zhujiang River Delta, we surveyed the demand of the industry for the medium and senior skilled talents, summarized the characteristics of the talent demand and at the end, analyzed its current status.
