摘　　要：用溶胶-凝胶制备了系列Ni0.4Mn0.3Zn0.3Fe204铁氧体微粉。借助于TG-DTA、XRD、TEM、VSM和PNA技术,对干凝胶的热分解过程、产物的物相、微观结构、磁性和介电常数进行研究。结果表明,反应温度为30℃,前驱体在1000℃烧结转变成尖晶石相,但仍然有Fe2O3相存在,无法获得纯的Ni0.4Mn0.3Zn0.3Fe204铁氧体微粉。另外,由于杂质粒子的存在和晶粒表面结构缺陷,粉体样品在室温出现交换偏置场。块状样品随着煅烧温度的提高。Ni0.4Mn0.3Zn0.3Fe2O4 ferrite powders were prepared by sol-gel method. The themal decomposition,phase composition,microstructure,magnetic properties and dielectric constant were investigated by means of TG-DTA,XRD,SEM,VSM and PNA. The results show that the precursor with reaction temperature of 30 ℃ sintered at 1000 ℃ is transformed into the spinel phase,however,the Fe2O3 phase still exists and the pure Ni0. 4Mn0. 3Zn0. 3Fe2O4 ferrite powders are not obtained. Because of the impurity particles and grain surface structure defect,the exchange bias field is reserved at room temperature. In addition,with the increasing calcination temperature;the resistivity and dielectric constant of the samples decrease.
