摘  要:薄规格冷轧取向硅钢要求比普通厚度取向硅钢更加严格的抑制剂设计及控制。将常化板冷轧至0.23 mm和0.18 mm并分别进行脱碳退火处理,利用SEM及EBSD技术分析了两种厚度脱碳退火板的表层、次表层、中心层等层区的析出相粒子分布及织构。结果表明:在设计的工艺下,两种厚度脱碳板同层区的析出相粒子的平均尺寸d、面密度nA及面积分数AA的分布趋势类似,粒子平均尺寸都表现为d表层>d次表层>d中心层,且次表层的粒子面密度最高;两种板沿板厚方向的组织及织构分布不均匀,但各层区织构组成相近,{111}<112>、{411}<148>组分的比例明显高于其他取向,表层Goss取向晶粒数较多;随压下量增大,Goss、{111}<112>、{411}<148>等织构均减弱。According the previous research,it will be more difficult to design and control inhibitors for thin-gauge cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steels than common thick-guage cold-rolled silicon steels. The precipitates and texture distributions in surface,subsurface and center layers of decarburized sheets of 0. 23 mm and 0. 18 mm cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steels were investigated by SEM and EBSD. The results show that with this tested process,the distributions trend of the size of precipitates,number of precipitates per unit area and corresponding area fractions along the thickness are near the same in both 0. 23 mm and 0. 18 mm decarburized sheets. Average size of precipitates follow the rule dsur dsub dcen,and number of precipitates per unit area in subsurface layer is the biggest,over3 μm2. Although the distribution of microstructure and texture are inhomogeneous along the thickness,the types of texture are almost identical in different layers,the proportions of { 111}〈 112〉 and { 411} 〈148〉 texture components are higher than other texture,and there are more Goss oriented grains in surface layer in both 0. 23 mm and 0. 18 mm sheets. The texture components of different lays in0. 23 mm and 0. 18 mm sheets shows that as the reduction becomes higher,Goss,{ 111 } 〈112〉 ,{ 411 } 〈148 〉texture and other typical texture all become weak.
