摘 要:对自主研制的Φ80 mm规格中国大陆造CrMo钢滚珠丝杠副进行了疲劳试验与失效分析。为综合评价其质量,选择了中国大陆GD8020×1100型、日本NSK8020×1100型、中国台湾FDI8020×1100型3种同规格滚珠丝杠副进行了疲劳试验对比,并通过成分检测、形貌观察、组织分析和表面感应加热淬硬层的硬度曲线测量等对疲劳试验的失效样品进行了分析。结果表明,中国大陆CrMo钢滚珠丝杠副在同等疲劳试验条件下的运行时间最长,其失效是因GCr15钢球破损所致。日本、中国台湾滚珠丝杠副的运行时间依次降低,其失效的主要原因分别是因螺母滚道出现明显压痕和螺母滚道发生严重剥落所致。因此,中国大陆产Φ80 mm规格CrMo钢滚珠丝杠副的综合质量达到或超过了日本和中国台湾的同类产品技术水平。The fatigue test and failure analysis of Φ80 mm CrMo steel ball screw pair were studied. The GD8020 × 1100,NSK8020 × 1100 and FDI8020 × 1100 CrMo steel ball screw pairs of the same specification were used to conduct fatigue test. Their failure samples were comparatively analyzed by means of chemical composition testing, field emission scanning electron microscopy and metallographic observation,and microhardness gradient detection on the surface-induction heating hardened layers,etc. The results indicate that the running time of the mainland CrMo steel ball screw pair is the longest under the same fatigue test condition,and its failure reasons are mainly due to the damage of GCr15 steel balls. Furthermore,the running time for the Japan and the China-Taiwan ball screw pairs decreases successively and their main failure causes are the obvious indentation on the nut raceway and the severe peeling on the nut raceway,respectively. Therefore,the comprehensive quality of the Φ80 mm mainland CrMo steel ball screw pair reaches or exceeds that of the Japan and the China-Taiwan products.
