摘 要:为发展村镇地区低层砌体房屋的低成本隔震技术,提出了一种玻璃珠-石墨基础滑移隔震系统,该隔震系统由上下基础梁、玻璃珠-石墨滑移隔震层、上下基础梁间限位装置构成,根据受力需要,可在上下基础梁间设置砂浆棒,以实现对不同烈度区基础滑移启动荷载的有效控制。进行了4个不同构造的玻璃珠-石墨基础滑移隔震砌体墙试件的低周反复荷载试验,基于试验,分析了玻璃珠-石墨基础滑移隔震系统的工作性能、砂浆棒控制作用、墙体滑移滞回性能、限位装置工作性能、墙体承载力和破坏特征。研究表明:玻璃珠-石墨基础滑移隔震系统工作性能良好,能显著减小上部砌体结构所受的地震作用;在隔震系统中加入砂浆棒提高了隔震系统的滑移启动荷载,实现了对滑移启动荷载的有效控制;限位装置可有效地限制滑动位移,同时在大震下限位钢杆有足够的强度,防止上部结构位移过大;达到极限滑动位移后,随着低周反复荷载的继续施加,试件墙体的损伤破坏过程及破坏形态与抗震墙体类似。玻璃珠-石墨基础滑移隔震砌体结构,适于村镇低层房屋隔震设计。In order to develop the low cost and easy construction isolation technology for low-rise masonry buildings in the villages and towns, this paper presents a low cost glass beads-graphite base sliding isolation system. This sys- tem consists of upper and lower foundation beams, glass beads-graphite sliding isolation layer and sliding limit de- vice. To meet specific need, some mortar bars can be set up in the foundation beams, in order to give a control of the sliding starting load. This paper tested 4 different structures of masonry wall specimens with glass beads-graph- ite base sliding isolation system. Research shows that: the glass beads-graphite base sliding isolation system is well- behaved, in that it can significantly reduce the seismic effect of the upper masonry structure. The mortar bar can effectively raise and control the sliding starting load of the isolation system. The caging device can effectively limit the sliding displacement, playing a good role in the isolation system. After reaching the limit sliding displacement, the specimens undergo similar damage process and failure mode to that of the ordinary masonry wall. This base-slid-ing isolation masonry structure with glass beads-graphite layer can be used for the isolation design for the low-rise building in the villages and towns.
