景德镇陶瓷类高校毕业生自主创业现状探析

摘　　要：近几年,高校毕业生人数持续增长,就业压力不断增大,自主创业逐渐成为一些高校毕业生就业的重要选择,国家也纷纷出台相关优惠政策积极鼓励和引导广大毕业生自主创业。景德镇地区的高校毕业生应该抓住机遇,充分利用本地区的陶瓷资源优势,积极进行自主创业,拓宽就业途径;高校也应该通过调研为毕业生在自主创业过程中遇到的问题给予指导和建议。The employment market has been facing ever greater pressure with the growing number of college graduates in recent years. Entrepreneurship has become an important choice for some graduates, and the state government has introduced many preferential policies to encourage this. College graduates in Jingdezhen should make use of these policies and the rich ceramic resources of the city to expand their employment prospects through self-employment entrepreneurship; college career counselors and advisors should carry out relevant investigations to provide advice on entrepreneurship in this sector.
