摘  要:以荷正电性的羟丙基三甲基氯化胺壳聚糖与荷负电性的磺化聚苯乙烯共混材料作为超薄功能层,以聚砜材料作为支撑层,制备了1种可调节表面荷电性和电荷密度的HACC-PSS复合纳滤膜,讨论了制备条件和操作条件对纳滤膜分离性能的影响,分别采用原子力显微镜(AFM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和电位仪对复合膜的表面和断面特性进行表征,采用接触角仪对膜表面亲水性进行研究。结果表明,通过调节2种共混物的比例,可以得到表面带有相反电荷的复合膜,且该种膜片对于无机盐具有优异的选择分离性能,在优化制备工艺条件下所制备膜片,保持有通量34L/(m2·h)的同时,对于Na2SO4和Mg Cl2的脱除率分别为93%和52.3%。HACC/PSS composite nanofiltration membrane of adjustable surface charged and charge density was prepared, with the blends of positively charged hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan and negatively charged polystyrene sulfonate as a thin functional layer and polysulfone material as the support layer. The effect of preparation conditions and operating conditions on the performance of nanofiltration membrane separation was discussed. Atomic force microscopy(AFM), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and potential instrument were applied to characterize the surface and cross sectional properties of the composite membrane, and contact angle meter was utilized to study the hydrophilicity of this membrane. The results showed that this composite membrane could be prepared with its surface oppositely charged by adjusting the ratio of these two blends, and this membrane showed excellent performance on selective separation of inorganic salts. The flux of the membrane which was prepared under the optimal process conditions maintained at 34 L/(m2·h), with the removal rates of Na2SO4 and Mg Cl2 being 93% and 52.3%, respectively.
