摘 要:针对生物生态组合工艺处理生活污水时存在脱氮率不稳定、地表处理构筑物易散发出臭味的问题,提出了厌氧折流板反应器-缺氧除臭池-好氧水车生物转盘-人工湿地组合工艺。通过小试考察组合工艺同步脱氮除臭的效果。结果表明,在温度分别为20-25℃和10-15℃,分别选择100%和150%的回流体积比,生物单元的TN去除率达到42.5%、33.8%;同时缺氧池出水TON去除率达90.1%、91.4%,硫化物去除率为96.0%和91.3%。ρ(NO3^--N)/ρ(S^2-)和COD/ρ(NO3^--N)分别为1.0和6.0时可以达到最佳的脱氮除臭效果。生物生态组合工艺总体运行良好,出水水质可以稳定达GB 18918-2002的一级A标,臭气排放可以达GB 14554-93的二级标准。To solve the problems including the instable denitrification rate and easy exudation of smelly odor from surface treatment structures by the bioecological combined process for the treatment of domestic sewage, a combined process of anaerobic baffled reactor- anoxic deodorant pool-aerobic biological water tankers turntable-constructed wetland was proposed. Simultaneous denitrification and deodorization effects were investigated by smallscale combined process. The results showed that when the temperature was 20-25 ℃ and 10-15 ℃, respectively and reflux volume ratio of 100% and150% were selected, TN removal rates in the biological unit reached 42.5.0% and 33.8.0%, respectively. Meanwhile, TON removal in anoxic tank effluent reached 90.1% and 91.4%, respectively, while sulfide removal efficiencies were 96.0% and 91.3%, respectively. When ρ(NO3^--N)/ρ(S^2-) and COD/ρ(NO3^--N)were 1.0 and 6.0, respectively, the best denitrification and deodorization effects could be achieved. The biological and ecological combined process generally worked well, and effluent water quality could stably reached the first grade level A of GB 18918-2002 and odor emissions could meet the second grade standard of GB 14554-93.
