摘 要:以火山岩陶粒和贝壳生物陶粒制备混合床生物滤柱(MB-BAF),研究其对不同含量的活性黑5(RB5)染料废水的去除效果。结果表明,在进水RB5的质量浓度为10-30 mg/L时,MB-BAF对染料废水的脱色率超过80%,对COD去除率可达到90%以上,TN去除率在50%左右,出水浊度约为2.0 NTU。MB-BAF在滤层高度为0-300 mm处的脱色效果最显著。贝壳生物陶粒的碱度缓冲作用,MB-BAF对NH3-N的去除率可达到90%,出水的p H稳定在6.5。MB-BAF处理后的主要水质满足GB 4287-2012中的直接排放标准。Mix-bed biological aerated filter(MB-BAF) was prepared by volcanic and shell biological ceramsite, and its effect on the decolorization ratio of reactive black 5(RB5) of different contents was investigated. The result showed that the decolorization ratio was above 80% when the mass concentration of RB5 of influent was between 10-30 mg/L, and the removal rates of chemical oxygen demand(COD) and total nitrogen were around 90% and 50%,respectively, while the turbidity of effluent was about 2.0 NTU. The decolourization ratio was very remarkable when the column height was between 0-300 mm. Due to the buffer action of alkalinity provided by the shell biological ceramsite in MB-BAF, the NH3-N removal rate could be more than 90% and the p H of effluent could be maintained at 6.5. The major water quality indexes of effluent reached the direct discharge standards of the GB 4287-2012.
