摘 要:低温环境不利于传统污水处理工艺中活性污泥的培养及驯化,为了提高污泥的适应性,采用设有生物选择器的CASS池,使其对低温有一定的抵抗能力。以固安县某皮草公司CASS污水处理工艺为例,研究低温环境下活性污泥的培养、驯化,分析工艺运行中出现的问题,提出可行解决方案。结果表明,COD去除率为81%-90%、出水90 mg/L左右,BOD5去除率达到70%-80%、出水35 mg/L左右,SS去除率达到70%-80%、出水质量浓度38 mg/L左右,出水NH3-N平均质量浓度为15.5 mg/L,平均去除率可达72.5%,出水磷平均质量浓度浓度为1.51 mg/L,平均去除率为72%;另外,活性污泥驯化初期,负荷过大很容易出现泡沫、死泥,要控制好进水COD;CASS工艺还具有较强的耐冲击和低温能力,能较好的适应各种不同工艺的有机及低温废水的处理。Traditional wastewater treatment technology is not conducive to the cultivation and domestication of activated sludge at low temperature, and to improve the adaptation of sludge, CASS pool with biological selector was applied due to its resistivity of low temperature. CASS wastewater treatment process in Jiaxiang fur Co. Ltd., Gu'an County, was investigated from the aspects of the cultivation and domestication ofactivated sludge, the problems appearing in the operation process were analyzed, and some feasible solutions had been put forward. The results showed that the removal rate of COD wasabout 81%~90% with concentration ofabout 90 mg/L, BOD removal rate reached 70%~80% with concentration ofabout 35 mg/L, and SS removal rate reached 70%~80% with concentration of about 38 mg/L. The average concentration of ammonia in effluent was 15.5 mg/Lwith the average removal rate up to 72.5%, and the average concentration of phosphorus in effluent was 1.51 mg/L with the average removal rate of 72%; moreover,during the early period of activated sludge acclimation,too large load was easy to result inbubbles andthe death of mud, thereforecontrolling the influent COD wasimportant; CASS process also enduredstrong impact resistance and low temperature, and it could adapt to different processes of organic and low temperature wastewater well.
