摘  要:采用紫外可见分光光度计测定云南4个地区茯苓皮样品的紫外光谱,通过正交实验确定最佳提取溶液和最佳提取时间为超声50 min,获得的4个地区52个样品的紫外光谱数据,用3组平均值、2点平滑和二次微分对光谱数据进行处理,用SIMCA软件进行定性识别.结果表明:用乙酸乙酯、甲醇、氢氧化钠溶剂超声50min的提取方法最佳,实验精密度RSD分别为0-0.68%,0.074%-0.35%,0-0.48%;重复性RSD分别为0.053%-0.86%,0.042%-0.96%,0.093%-0.89%;稳定性RSD分别为0.046%-0.67%,0.063%-0.78%,0.4%-0.56%.定性分析显示,不同地区茯苓皮样品间存在较大差异.The UV spectrum of Wolfiporia extensa peels from four different origins in Yunnan Province by ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer,the optimizing extraction solvents were the ethyl acetate,methanol and sodium hydroxide of Wolfiporia extensa peels by orthogonal test,using three groups of average,tow point of smoothness and second differential methods on the observed UV spectrum. By SIMCA qualitative analysis method,it evaluated the quality of Wolfiporia. The hydroxide had the highest extraction ratios. The RSD of accurac was 0—0. 68%,0. 074% —0. 35%,0—0. 48%; the RSD of repeatability was 0. 053% —0. 86%,0. 042% —0. 96%,0.093% —0. 89%; and the RSD of stability was 0. 046% —0. 67%,0. 063% —0. 78%,0. 40% —0. 56%. The qualitative analysis revealed large differences between different areas.
