两种手术方式治疗异常子宫出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨诺舒子宫内膜去除术与宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术治疗异常子宫出血(AUB)的临床疗效。方法选取AUB患者40例,19例采用诺舒子宫内膜去除术患者作为诺舒组,21例采用宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术患者作为宫腔镜组,对两组的平均手术时间、术中平均出血量、膨宫液吸收量、平均治疗费用、电解质紊乱等情况进行比较。结果诺舒组的平均手术时间、术中平均出血量、膨宫液吸收量、电解质紊乱情况明显优于宫腔镜组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而诺舒组的平均治疗费用却高于宫腔镜组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论诺舒子宫内膜去除术治疗AUB疗效确切,并发症少,具有一定优势,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate clinical effects by NovaSure endometrial ablation and hysteroscopic resection of endometrium in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding （AUB）. Methods There were 40 AUB patients, 19 cases among them received NovaSure endometrial ablation as NovaSure group, and 21 cases received hysteroscopic resection of endometrium as hysteroscope group. Comparisons were made on average operation time, intraoperative average bleeding volume, uterus expansion absorbed dose, average treatment cost, and electrolyte disturbance status between the two groups. Results The NovaSure group had all better average operation time, intraoperative average bleeding volume, uterus expansion absorbed dose, and electrolyte disturbance status than the hysteroscope group. Their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. While the NovaSure group had higher average treatment cost than the hysteroscope group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of NovaSure endometrial ablation provides precise effect and few complications in treating AUB. It contains certain advantages, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
