摘　　要：从"有农灰地更新"的城市更新背景谈起,探讨有农灰地更新在社会进步、城市农业的开展和城市空间发展中的社会和环境效益。而后,在国内外的研究趋势中阐明城市农业与灰地更新学科交叉的相关概念辨析、城市化背景、研究进展和存在问题。最后指出未来研究方向是在灰地更新的相关研究基础上,研究有农城市灰地更新的背景机制、参与主体和基本模式及其社会环境效益的关系;基于对城市灰地更新的多层综合分析,探讨其发展农业活动的可行策略及决策模式。This paper starts with the background for regenerating urban greyfield with urban agriculture. It then discusses its social and environmental benefits in social advance, urban agriculture and urban spatial development. Folowing on from that, this paper elucidates the definition, urbanization background, progress and problems in the interdisciplinary research between urban agriculture and greyfield regeneration. Last, the future research is estimated to study the regeneration mechanism, participating population and fundamental patern when agriculture is involved; based on the multi-level analysis, it wil discuss the potential strategies and decision making model for transforming greyfield into urban agriculture.
