摘　　要：目前我国大部分城市正处于高速发展时期,大规模的城市建设及其居住规划模式给城市的整体格局带来了前所未有的变化。本文基于生态宜居、可持续发展的原则,对现代城市居住模式所导致的生活方式的改变进行反思,对城市宜居型社区建设进行理性思考,研究并提出适合我国新型城镇化发展背景下的居住模式及建设策略。At present most of the city in our country is in rapid development period,large-scale urban construction and the overal situation of residential planning model for city has brought unprecedented changes.This article is based on the principle of ecological livable and sustainable development,reflect on the change of the way of life what caused by the modern urban residential paterns, think on the livable city community construction,research and put forward living patern and construction under the background of suitable for China＇s new urbanization development strategy.
