摘　　要：暂估价为局部暂时无法确定具体标准的项目招标提供一种解决办法。结合暂估价设置范围、招标和非招标采购程序、总承包服务费及索赔等方面的问题,提出具有针对性的对策建议。Provisional valuation provides a solution to project bidding when some projects temporily don＇t have specific standards. Based on the four existing problems in engineering practice,such as provision valuation range,bidding and nontendering procure process,main contractor＇s service fees,and claim management,this paper puts forward some targeted measures and suggestions.
