摘 要:管桩垂直度偏差可以采用测斜仪检测。两条高速公路管桩垂直度检测表明,大部分管桩垂直度偏差超过规范容许值。为分析垂直度偏差对管桩竖向承载力的影响,首先将桩顶竖向荷载分解为平行管桩轴向的荷载和垂直轴向的荷载,然后推导出垂直管桩轴向的荷载在管桩中产生的弯矩公式,最后根据管桩抗裂弯矩得到管桩容许竖向承载力。分析表明,垂直度偏差对管桩容许竖向承载力的影响与桩周土性质、抗裂弯矩等有关。管桩竖向承载力与垂直度偏差成反比、与抗裂弯矩成正比;容许垂直度偏差与桩顶竖向荷载成反比、与抗裂弯矩成正比。Vertical deviation of tubular piles can be detected by clinometers. It is shown that the vertical deviations of most tubular piles of two expressways go beyond specification requirements. To analyze the influence of vertical deviation on vertical bearing capacity of tubular pile, the vertical force on top of tubular piles is decompose into a force parallel with axis of tubular pile and a force perpendicular to axis of tubular pile. The bending moment of tubular piles caused by the force perpendicular to axis of tubular pile is derived. The vertical allowable bearing capacity is obtained according to cracking moment. Influence of vertical deviation on vertical allowable bearing capacity of tubular piles is affected by property of soil among piles and cracking moment of piles. Allowable vertical bearing capacity of tubular pile is proportional to cracking moment and inversely proportional to vertical deviation. Vertical allowable deviation is proportional to cracking moment and inversely proportional to vertical force on top of tubular piles.
