摘　　要：在体育教学改革提出多年之后,近年来,各方面资料表现学生体质下降的现状,由此带来的体育教学改革落实的呼声愈加强烈。高校作为学校体育与社会体育的第一个融合点显得尤为重要。本文由体育教改的理论支撑和必要性为切入点,通过对现下高校体育教改过程存在的问题进行分析,积极探讨高校体育教改的对策和关键路径。In recent years, the performance of students in various aspects of the status quo of physical education reform, the implementation of the reform of the teaching of physical education is increasingly strong.
