新时期高校课堂管理的现状及对策探究

摘　　要：课堂教学是高校学生获取知识的重要渠道,良好的课堂管理对于教学活动的展开、预期教学成效的取得及教学目标的完成都具有重要的作用。新形势下,高等教育教学改革的推进下,传统的课堂教学管理已经不能够适应当前的发展。当今,我国高校课堂出现了不少亟待解决的新问题,文章针对新时期高校课堂管理现状进行分析,在此基础上提出优化课堂教学策略,改进课堂管理,以期提高教学水平及课堂学习效果。Abstract： Classroom teaching is management plays an important role an important channel for college students in the development of teaching activities, to acquire knowledge. Good classroom the achievement of expected teaching results and the completion of teaching objectives. Under the new situation, the teaching reform of higher education, the traditional classroom teaching management has not been able to adapt to the current development. Today, there are many problems to be solved in our country＇s college classroom. This paper analyzes the current situation of col- lege classroom management in the new period, and puts forward the strategies to optimize classroom teaching, im- prove classroom management, and improve the teaching level and classroom learning effect.
