加强和改进大学生党支部建设的对策探讨

摘　　要：大学生党支部可以有效的贯彻党的路线、方针和政策,是大学生组织的政治核心,在高校中具有十分重要的地位。然而目前在组织建设以及制度建设等方面存在不足。因此,应该建立三级互动的工作机制,科学设置党支部,加强党员理想信念教育,加强对党员的监督考核,建设高素质党支部工作队伍等,切实提高党支部工作水平。College students＂ party branch can effectively implement the party＇s line, principles and policies, it is the political core of college organization, and it has very important effect in the colleges and universities. However, there is some problems in the organization construction and system construction, and so on. Therefore, in order to im- prove the working level of the party branch, we should establish three-level interactive work mechanism, set up the party branch of science scientifically, strengthen the ideal faith education of the party members, strengthen the super- vision and examination of party members, we should also build a party branch work team with the high quality.
