摘　　要：目的:建立跌打祛风膏的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别处方中大黄、薄荷脑等药材,并对乌头碱、士的宁做毒性限量检查。结果:大黄、薄荷脑的薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性无干扰;乌头碱、士的宁的毒性限量检查符合规定。结论:该实验方法操作简便,专属性强,重现性好,耐用性良好,结果准确可靠,可用于控制跌打祛风膏的质量。Objective：To establish quality standard of Diedaqufeng Cataplasm. Mehtods：TLC method was used to distinguish rhubarb,menthol, and the toxicity of aconitine, strychnine set limit to test. Results：The spots of rhubarb and menthol were clear,good separating degree,negative without interference; the toxicity of aconitine and strychnine set limit to test compliance. Conclusion：The method is simple,exclusive,good reproducibility,durability,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Diedaqufeng Cataplasm.
