肛滴平喘汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期采用肛滴平喘汤治疗的临床效果。方法:入选我院符合标准的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者90例,按照治疗方式分为对照组和治疗组,每组45例;对照组实施常规临床治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用肛滴平喘汤治疗,观察两组治疗后的临床效果。结果:治疗后,病情均有改善,但治疗组总有效率97.8%显著优于对照组的77.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肛滴平喘汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作,提高了临床疗效,缓解病情,减少患者痛苦,值得推广。Objective： To study the clinical effect of Digangpingchuan Decoction in the acute attack of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Method：90 patients with acute attack of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital were selected. The patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to different therapies,45 cases each group. The control group adopted the conventional treatment; on the basis,the treatment group adopted Digangpingchuan Decoction. The clinical effect of two groups after treatment was observed. Result： After treatment,the symptom of two groups was improved. The total effective rate of treatment group（97.8%）was significantly higher than that of control group（77.8%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Digangpingchuan Decoction has effectively improved the clinical effect in the acute attack of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,relieves the state of illness and reduces the patient＇s pain. The obvious effect is worthy of promotion.
