米力农治疗慢性肺源性心脏病临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨米力农治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的临床效果。方法将134例慢性肺源性心脏病患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各67例,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用米力农治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、肺功能、血气指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗前用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、肺动脉压力(PAP)、动脉血氧分压(Pa O2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(Pa CO2)比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后FVC、FEV1、Pa O2较治疗前均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01),PAP、Pa CO2较治疗前均显著降低,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性(χ2=0.2078,P=0.6485)。结论米力农能够有效降低肺源性心脏病患者肺动脉高压,改善肺功能及心功能,提高血氧饱和度,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of milrinone in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Method134 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 32 case in each group. Control group patients were treated with conventional therapy, observation group patients were treated with milrinone based on control group, the effective rate, pulmonary function, blood gas index and adverse reaction were contrasted between the two groups.Result The effective rate of observation group was higher than control group （P〈0.01）. There were no signiifcant differences in FVC, forced expiratory volume （FEV1）, pulmonary arterial pressure （PAP）, PaCO2 and PaO2 between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）. After treatment, FEV1, PaO2, FVC were signiifcantly higher than before treatment （P〈0.05）, and observation group was signiifcantly higher than control group （P〈0.01）, PaCO2 and PAP were significantly lower than before treatment, observation group was significantly lower than control group （P〈0.01）. There were no signiifcant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups （χ^2=0.2078,P=0.6485）.ConclusionMilrinone can effectively reduce the pulmonary hypertension in patients with pulmonary heart disease, improve lung function and heart function, improve blood oxygen saturation, has curative effects, worthy of clinical application.
