摘　　要：1920年8月诞生的新青年社是中国共产党早期组织的第一家出版机构,经历了中共创建时期、大革命时期,到1927年7月停止活动,与中共创建史、马克思主义在中国早期传播史、中国近代出版史有着十分密切的关系,成为早期红色文化不可或缺的重要部分。本文从新青年社成立缘由与时间、新青年社的职能、新青年社与中国共产党的关系等三个方面进行探索,刻印下马克思主义在中国早期传播与马克思主义早期中国化的历史记忆。The New Youth Club born in August 1920, was the first publication agency organized by the CPC. It experienced the CPC founding period and the great revolution period and end in July 1927, and it was closely re- lated to the history of founding the CPC, the history of Marxism early dissemination and the history of Chinese modem publishing, and it was an important part of the early red culture. This paper carried on the exploration from the reason and time of establishing the New Youth Club, the function of the New Youth Club, and the rela- tionship between the New Youth Club and the CPC, and left the historical memory of Marxism early spreading in China and Marxism early sinicization.
