火龙灸法对椎间盘源性腰痛患者TNF-α及疼痛症状的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨火龙灸法对椎间盘源性腰痛患者疼痛症状的影响及其作用机制。方法:将65例患者随机分为观察组(33例)和对照组(32例)。观察组循督脉线行火龙灸法,每天1次;对照组采用常规牵引配合推拿治疗,每天1次。两组均每周治疗6天,休息1天,治疗3周后比较两组治疗前后疼痛积分以及血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的水平。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组疼痛积分及TNF-α水平均显著降低(均P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(疼痛积分:1.95±0.61vs 2.11±0.61;TNF-α含量:(1.33±0.30)nmol/L vs(1.55±0.48)nmol/L,(均P<0.05)。结论:火龙灸疗法可显著减轻椎间盘源性腰痛患者的疼痛程度,其作用机制可能与降低血清TNF-α含量有关。Objective To discuss the impact of huolongmoxibustion on pain degree in the patients of discogenic low back pain and the effect mechanism.Methods Sixty-five patients were randomized into an observation group（33cases）and a control group（32cases）.In the observation group,huolong moxibustion was applied along the distribution of the Governor Vessel,once a day.In the control group,the routine traction combined with massage therapy was adopted,once a day.In the two groups,the treatment was given 6times a week,at interval of 1day.In 3weeks of treatment,pain score and serum tumor necrosis factorα（TNF-α）level were compared with those before treatment in the two groups.Results Compared with those before treatment,pain score and TNF-αlevel were reduced significantly after treatment in the two groups（both P0.05）.The results in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（pain score：1.95±0.61 vs 2.11±0.61;TNF-α：（1.33±0.30）nmol/L vs（1.55±0.48）nmol/L,（both P0.05）.Conclusion Huolong moxibustion significantly alleviates pain in the patients of discogenic low back pain and its effect mechanism is possibly relevant with TNF-αreducing.
