摘 要:对Na+,K+,Mg2+∥Cl--H2O四元体系卤水在30℃下做了等温蒸发实验研究。该卤水是大浪滩地区的硫酸盐型低品位固体钾盐矿用淡水溶解后的卤水,经过低温除硝后得到的。等温蒸发过程分为4个阶段,对各阶段液相样品做了密度测定和化学组成测定,并且结合25℃的四元相图进行分析,固相样品采用XRD分析。通过研究分析,证明了大浪滩地区的硫酸盐型低品位固体钾盐矿生产制备KCl具有一定的可行性。Isothermal evaporation experiments at 30 ℃ of the Na+, K+ ,Mg2+//C1--H2O quaternary system brine were made. The brine was from low-grade sulphate-type solid potash mine at Dalangtan area dissolved in fresh water and treated by low temperature bittern denitration.The isothermal evaporation process was divided into four stages.Densities and chemical com- positions of liquid samples of each stage were measured,and analyzed with the phase diagram of Na+ ,K+ ,Mg2+//C1-H2O quaternary system at 25 ℃ .Solid samples were analyzed by XRD (X-ray diffraction ).It was proved that the method of preparation KC1 from low-grade sulphate-type solid potash mine at Dalangtan area had certain feasibility through the research and analysis.
