摘 要:以分析纯硫酸锌和氢氧化钠为主要原料。在液相体系中通过磁力搅拌的方法在室温下制备了氧化锌材料。其中。在体系中添加适量的乙二醇可以制备氧化锌纳米球。产物采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外可见吸收光度计(UV—vis)表征,结果表明:所得氧化锌材料不含杂质,氧化锌纳米球直径为30~70nm,吸收光谱具有明显的蓝移,推算其吸收带隙为3.33eV。ZnO materials were prepared by magnetic stirring at room temperature with ZnSO4 and NaOH at analytical grade as raw materials in a liquid system.ZnO nanospheres could be prepared with the aid of adding required amount of ethylene glycol into the system.The as-obtained products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron mi- croscope ((SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), and UV-vis spectroscopy (UV-vis).Results showed that all products were pure ZnO without any impurity.And the diameter of the ZnO nanospheres was at 30-70 nm. The UV-vis spectrum of ZnO nanospheres was of obvious blue-shift compared with other products and the optical band gap of ZnO nanospheres was 3.33 eV after calculation.
