以氟硅酸铵为原料制备六氟铝酸钠的方法研究

摘　　要：介绍一种以磷肥副产物氟硅酸铵为原料制备六氟铝酸钠的方法:先用氨水作为氟硅酸铵的硅解剂,得到氟化铵溶液,再加入制备的铝酸钠溶液,反应合成六氟铝酸钠;对粗产品六氟铝酸钠进行提纯、干燥,得六氟铝酸钠产品。通过正交实验研究各反应条件对六氟铝酸钠产率的影响,得到较优的反应条件。结果表明较优的反应条件为反应时间60 min、反应温度60℃、w((NH_4)_2SiF_6)20%、pH 8、n(NaOH)/n(Al(OH)_3)2.0;在较优条件下获得的六氟铝酸钠产品基本达到国家标准,产率较高。The preparation of sodium fluoroaluminate from ammonium fluorosilicate is introduced： with ammonia solution as the silicone agent to get ammonium fluoride solution, then adding freshly prepared sodium aluminate solution to synthesize sodium fluoroaluminate, the crude product is purified and dried to get final product. The effects of reaction conditions on the yield of sodium fluoroaluminate are studied by orthogonal experiment to obtain the better reaction conditions. The results show that the better reaction conditions are reaction time of 60 min , reaction temperature of 60℃, w （ （ NH4 ） 2SiF6 ） of 20% , pH of 8 , n （ NaOH ） / n （Al （OH）3）of 2.0, the sodium fluoroaluminate produced in the better reaction conditions can reach the national standard, and its yield is higher.
