摘　　要：针对传统法磷酸二铵生产中磷酸采用二步法澄清处理的产品中铵态氮含量不足的问题,分析了磷酸二铵产品氮含量不足的原因,介绍了提高其氮含量的措施。结合生产实际,介绍了加入硫酸提高磷酸二铵中铵态氮含量的工艺要求及生产过程控制。Based on the deficiency of ammonium nitrogen content in DAP with traditional method with phosphoric acid treated by two steps clarification, the reasons for deficiency of nitrogen content in DAP are analyzed, and the countermeasures for increasing nitrogen content are introduced. The technological requirements and production process control of adding sulfuric acid to increase nitrogen content are introduced in the actual production.
