摘　　要：介绍了184年来炉气净化方法演变、各种炉气净化方法所采用的工艺和设备,以及我国硫酸行业在生产中摸索总结出的炉气净化的五大控制指标。多厂实践证明,只要达到这五项指标的控制范围,硫酸装置的尾气达新国标、长周期经济运行(节能减排)、生产优质硫酸产品就有了先决条件。根据当前生产工艺、设备运行的实际效能和可靠性,推荐了5种具有代表性的工艺配置,共全行业参考。The improvement of purification methods for furnace gas in 184 years, the process and equipments adopted by all kinds purification methods, the five control indexes of furnace gas purification summarized in sulfuric acid production are introduced. More factory practice has proved, as long as to achieve the control range of the five indicators, there will be a precondition for tail gas of sulfuric acid plant reaching new standard, economic operation for a long period （energy conservation and emissions reduction）, production of high quality sulfuric acid. According to the current actual effectiveness and reliability of the production process and equipment operation, five typical process configurations are recommended to provide the reference for the whole industry.
