摘 要:目的探讨中国男性脱发患者与健康无脱发者后枕部优势供区内毛发的差异。方法本研究共100例雄激素性秃发男性患者及100例健康男性无脱发志愿者。将他们的后枕部毛发利用毛发检测分析系统进行拍照,然后计算其后枕部平均毛发密度、平均毛囊单位密度、平均根单比值、平均毳毛所占比例及平均毛发直径。结果脱发患者后枕部平均毛发密度为(127.500±15.500)根/cm^2,平均毛囊单位密度为(66.900±8.500)个/cm^2,平均根单比值为1.880±0.160,平均毳毛比例为(6.990±3.530)%,平均毛发直径为(0.083±0.009)mm;健康无脱发者后枕部毛发平均密度为(139.900±17.300)根/cm^2,平均毛囊单位密度为(68.300±8.400)个/cm^2,平均根单比值为2.100±0.190,平均毳毛比例为(3.270±2.370)%,平均毛发直径为(0.096±0.010)mm。雄激素性秃发患者后枕部优势供区内的平均毛囊单位密度与健康无脱发者相比,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);雄激素性秃发患者后枕部优势供区内的平均毛发密度、平均根单比值、平均毛发直径低于健康无脱发者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);雄激素性秃发患者后枕部优势供区内毳毛所占比例高于健康无脱发者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论中国男性脱发患者与健康无脱发者后枕部优势供区内毛发存在差异,脱发患者后枕部优势供区内毛发较健康无脱发者长毛数量减少、毳毛数量增多、毛发变细、密度降低。Objective To evaluate the hair difference in donor dominance between Chinese men with and without androgenetic alopecia (AGA). Methods A hundred Chinese men with AGA and 100 healthy Chinese men were enrolled randomly in the study. With the help of hair detection and analysis system by taking photos, average hair density, average follicular unit density, average wolly hair percentage and average hair diameter were calculated. Results Based on the test results on the 200 people, the average hair density of Chinese men with AGA and without AGA Chinese men were ( 127.500 ± 15.500)/cm^2 and ( 139. 900 ± 17.300)/cm^2 ,the average follicular unit density were (66. 900 ± 8. 500) FUs/cm^2 and ( 68.300± 8.400) FUs/cm^2, the average hairs/FU were 1. 880 ± 0. 160 and 2. 100 ± 0. 190, the average wolly hair percentage were (6. 990 ±3.530)% and (3. 270 ±2. 370)%, the average hair diameter were (0. 083 ±0. 009) mm and (0. 096 ±0. 010) ram, respectively. There were no significant difference of the average follicular unit density between Chinese men with and without AGA (P〉0.05). The average hair density, hairs/FU and average hair diameter in the occipital predominant donor of Chinese men with AGA were statistically less than those of Chinese men without AGA ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The average wolly hair percentage in the occipital predominant donor of Chinese with AGA was statistically higher than that of Chinese men without AGA ( P〈0. 05).Conclusion There are differences in predominant donor between Chinese men with and without AGA, the occipital predominant donor of Chinese with AGA have less hairs, higher wolly hair percentage, thinner, lower hair density than Chinese without AGA.
