摘 要:目的对固体硅胶假体与多孔高密度聚乙烯(Medpor)假体用于隆颏进行系统评价。方法计算机检索Pubmed文献数据库、中国知网中文数据库、万方数据库。收集所有相关使用生物材料隆颏术的临床报道,行Meta分析,以进行系统评价。结果(1)硅胶感染率合并值为0.00,95%可信区间为[0.00;0.01],Medpor的感染率合并值为0.00,95%可信区间为[0.00;0.01],差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。(2)硅胶假体位置偏移率合并值为0.03,95%可信区间为[0.00;0.08],Medpor假体位置偏移率合并值为0.00,95%可信区间为[0.00;0.01],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。(3)硅胶假体取出率合并值为0.17,95%可信区间为[0.00;0.34],Medpor的假体取出率合并值为0.01,95%可信区间为[0.00;0.02],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。(4)硅胶假体骨质吸收发生率合并值为0.15,95%可信区间为[0.04;0.26],Medpor假体的骨质吸收发生率合并值为0.00,95%可信区间为[0.00;0.01],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论生物材料为隆颏术的发展带来了新进展,而Medpor与硅胶假体各有优缺点,应当根据患者不同需求及情况作出合适的选择。Objective To systematic evaluate the usage of solid silicone prosthesis and porous polyethylene prosthesis (Medpor) on chin augmentation. Methods The computer-based retrieval was performed on PubMed literature database, China Hownet database in Chinese and Wanfang database to collect all the relevant clinical reports of biological materials on chin augmentation, then the Meta analysis was used to evaluate the system. Results (1)The combined value of Silicone infection rate was 0.00, and 95% confidence interval was from 0 to 0.01. the combined value of Medpor infection rate was 0.00, and 95% confidence interval was from 0 to 0.01. The difference was not significant( P 〉 0.05 ). (2) The combined value of silicone prosthesis position deviation rate was 0.03, and 95% confidence interval was from 0.00 to 0.08. The combined value of Medpor prosthesis position deviation rate was 0.00, and 95% confidence interval was from 0.00 to 0.01. The difference was significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). (3) The combined value of silicone removal rate was 0.17, and 95 % confidence interval was from 0.00 to 0.34. The combined value of Medpor removal rate was 0.01, and 95% confidence interval was from 0.00 to 0.02. The difference was significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). (4) The combined value of silicone bone absorption rate was 0. 15, and 95% confidence interval was from 0.04 to 0.26. The combined value of Medpor bone absorption rate was 0.00, and 95% confidence interval was from 0.00 to 0.01. The difference was significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Biological material brings new progress for the development of chin augmentation. As each Medpor and silicone prosthesis has its advantages and disadvantages, so different situations should be based on patient needs for adaptive selection.
