下睑睫毛下缘入路在面中部年轻化手术中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨下睑睫毛下缘入路的手术方法在面中部及眶区年轻化中的临床应用优势。方法在传统的睑袋整形术基础上，对36例患者行弓状缘释放，眶隔脂肪重置，填充泪沟，提升、固定面中部软组织与眶下缘骨膜。结果术后随访3～12个月。观察面中部的术后效果及并发症情况。未出现面神经损伤及眼睑退缩。36例患者中，29例非常满意，7例基本满意。结论睫毛下缘入路面中部手术治疗可有效改善面中部衰老征象，术后并发症少，疗效满意。Objective To investigate the sub-ciliary approach for midface rejuvenation operation aims to rejuvenate the midface and periorbital areas. Methods 36 patients underwent the operation of sub-ciliary approach midface rejuvenation. Based on the conventional sub-ciliary approach lower blepharoplasty, after release of the arcus marginalis, infraorbital fat was used to redrape the skeletonized inferior orbital rim and fill in the nasojugal trough, elevate and fix the soft tissues to the periosteum at the inferior orbital rim. Results The patients were followed up for 3 - 12 months. The overall outcomes of midface were evaluated, and the complications were documented, without facial nerve injury and ectropion. Of 36 patients, 29 were very satisfied and 7 were satisfied. Conclusion The sub-ciliary approach midface rejuvenation technique is an effective way to reverse the combination of ptosis and changes in volume of the aging midface with a minimal risk for complications.
