石河子绿洲奶牛饲料的品质分析

摘　　要：采用国家标准中相应的方法分析了新疆石河子地区的奶牛5个精料产品和11种奶牛常用饲料原料的营养和安全指标,主要包括水分、粗蛋白、粗灰分、粗纤维、粗脂肪、总氨基酸、重金属(铅、镉、汞、砷、铬)含量及农药残留和微生物数量等,同时结合相关国家标准对测定结果进行了判定和分析。结果显示,本研究所采集的样品中,除5份精饲料中粗灰分含量不达标外,其余营养指标均在国家标准规定的范围之内;安全指标方面,所有样品均未检出农药残留,重金属含量和微生物指标均符合相关国家标准的规定。An analysis was made on moisture,crude protein,crude ash,crude fiber,fat,amino acids,heavy metals（ Pb,Cd,Hg,As,Cr）,pesticide residues and microorganisms in feeds collected from Shihezi of Xinjiang Province using the national standard method,and the determination and evaluation of the test results was analyzed with the relevant national standard. The results showed that the nutrition and pesticide residues,heavy metals and microbial indicators of all samples were in line with the relevant national standards except that crude ash of five samples was lower than the standard.
