摘  要:根据电磁和传热理论,设计了WRD650型大功率双脊波导假负载。利用高频电磁仿真软件和有限元分析软件对其包含电磁场、热场、应力场在内的多物理场进行了双向耦合仿真,大大提高了设计的准确性和产品的一次性成功率。实测该WRD650型大功率双脊波导假负载,在6.5~18.0GHz工作频率范围内,电压驻波比不大于1.14,可承受平均功率为200 W。A type WRD650 high-power double-ridged waveguide dummy load is designed according to electromagnetic and heat transfer theories.The high frequency simulation software and the finite element analysis software are utilized to carry out the two-way coupled simulation of the multi-physics field which includes electromagnetic field,thermal field,and stress field.This combined simulation strategy would increase design accuracy and first-time success rate greatly.The measured maximum VSWR of the designed type WRD650 highpower double-ridged waveguide dummy load is not more than 1.14 and the affordable average power is 200 Win the frequency range of 6.5~18.0GHz.
