摘　　要：骨骼肌分泌的具有减肥作用的新激素Irisin,为Ⅲ型纤连蛋白组件包含蛋白5被酶剪切成多肽片段,受过氧化物酶体增殖受体γ辅助激活因子α(PGC-1α)调控,其通过血液循环中作用于白色脂肪细胞,刺激解耦连蛋白UCP1的表达,从而使白色脂肪细胞转变为具有分解代谢脂肪特征的棕色脂肪组织,脂肪分解代谢产生的能量以热的形式散发,从而发挥减肥作用和改善胰岛素抵抗。Irisin将会成为人类探索糖尿病发病机制的新思路和治疗的新靶点。Recently stadying found, that of the best-recognized effects of exercise on muscle are mediated by the transcriptional co -activator PPAR-γco-activator-1 -α（ PGC1 -α） .PGC1 -αexpression in muscle stimulates an increase in expression of fibronectintypeⅢdomain-containing protein 5.It is cleaved and secreted as newly identified hor-mone, irisin. Irisin acts on white adipose cells to stimulate UCP1 （ uncoupling protein 1） expression and a broad program of brown-fat-like development.Irisin increases energy expenditure .This results in im-provements in obesity and insulin resistance.Irisin could be new thera-peutic target for type 2 diabetes mellitus.
