摘  要:从病鸡嗉囊分离出3株酵母状真菌;在不同培养条件下观察分离菌株的菌落与个体形态特征;用分离菌株BCA1在雏鸡上进行人工感染试验;对原分离菌株和再分离菌株BCA1-1用rDNA-ITS序列分析鉴定,并以其25SrDNAⅠ型内含子序列进行基因分型。结果显示,3个分离菌株均为白色念珠菌,归属于2个基因型,BCA2株属于A型,BCA1和BCA3株的扩增产物包括C型的2条带和介于其间的第3条带。在人工感染试验中,雏鸡发病率为88%,病死率为68%,症状与临床自然发病的相一致;再分离菌株BCA1-1与接种菌株BCA1相同。可见,导致该批肉鸡发病的病原确系白色念珠菌,3个分离株中的2株不同于已知的基因型。Three strains of yeast-like fungi were isolated from the crops of broiler chickens.Morphological characteristics of colonies and individuals of the isolates were investigated under different culture conditions.Artificial infection test was implemented using chicks inoculated by the strain BCA1.Isolated strains were identified by comparison of the rDNA-ITS sequences and subdivided by comparison of the 25 S rDNA intronⅠsequences,respectively.As a result,all the isolated strains belonged to Candida albicans and were further divided into two genotypes.Strain BCA2 belonged to type A while BCA1 and BCA3belonged to another type.The PCR products for BCA1 and BCA3included the two bands of type C and a band between the two bands.In the infecting experiment,morbidity and mortality of the chicks were 88%and 68%,respectively.The symptoms of chicks were coincident with that of the natural infection and the anew isolated strain BCA1-1was identified as the same as inoculated strain BCA1.In conclusion,C.albicans is proved to be the pathogen of the infecting broiler chicken in the farm.Two of the three isolates do not belong to the known genotypes.
