摘　　要：本研究归纳总结了新型研发机构产生的背景,同时着重分析了我国现有新型研发组织的发展现状和主要特点,最后对江苏科技体制改革的试验田——江苏省产业技术研究院的管理体制和运行机制做了简要介绍。This study summarizes the background of the new generation of R D institutions, while analyzes the current development and major new features of existing R D organizations. Finally, this study do a brief introduction of Jiangsu science and technology reform plots——the management system and operation mechanism in Jiangsu Province Institute of Technology Property.
