摘　　要：中央城镇化工作会议的召开,标志着以人为核心的新型城镇化将成为我国今后一段时间重要的发展战略。探索具有深远特色的新型城镇化发展路径,对于沈阳建设国家中心城市、带动东北地区全面振兴具有重要意义。本文在深入分析研究国家宏观政策导向和沈阳发展现状特征与需求的基础上,科学判断沈阳市城镇化的发展趋势和任务需求,坚持"以人为核心、以空间为支撑、以产业为动力"发展理念,引导人口合理转移和空间分布,完善城镇体系,促进产城融合,强化支撑保障,完善体制机制,探索出了一条符合沈阳发展实际的新型城镇化发展路径。Central urbanization work conference marks that the artificial coring new urbanization will become an important development strategy in the future of China. Exploration of the new urbanization development path with far-reaching characteristics has great significance for the construction of the National Center City and promoting the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China. This paper based on the analysis of the characteristics and need of the development of Shenyang under the national macro policy guidance, scientific judges of the development trend and the demand of the task of urbanization in Shenyang, adheres to the development concept of ＂people-oriented, spacesupported, industry-driven force＂, guides rational population transfer and spatial distribution, improves the urban system, promotes industrial and spatial integration, strengthens support, improves the institutional mechanisms, explored a new urbanization development path according with the reality of Shenyang.
