摘 要:文章以提高压裂返排液处理效率、水循环再利用为目标,针对长庆油田安平某水平井压裂返排液的性质特点,采用"混凝-沉降-精细过滤"处理工艺,对压裂返排液进行处理,处理后水样中Ca^(2+)和浊度均大幅下降,总硬度控制在300 mg/L。处理后的水配制的低温胍胶压裂液体系其耐温、抗剪切性能良好,具有良好的流变性能、破胶性能,不产生多余的残渣,能够满足现场压裂施工作业要求。各项性能评价说明采用该技术处理后的水可循环用于配置压裂液。In this paper,to improve the efficiency of fracturing fluid treatment and realize water reuse,according to the characteristics of the horizontal well fracturing fluid from Anping in Changqing oilfield, 'coagulation-sedimentation-fine filtering' process was adopted processed in water with Ca^((2+)) and turbidity were dropped,total hardness controlled at 300 mg/L.The treated water recycling configuration fracturing fluid,to achieve 'zero emissions' goal.The preparation of the basic properties of the crosslinked gel fracturing well in 70℃,170 s^(_1) under the conditions of temperature,shear good performance to meet the construction requirements fracturing.Therefore,the technology not only to solve the intractable environmental problems,but also achieved a recycling and 'zero emissions' aim to protect the environment for the domestic processing of fracturing fluid explore a new path.
