慢性肾功能不全患者血清和尿液视黄醇结合蛋白水平的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性肾功能不全患者血清和尿液视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)水平的相关性及临床应用价值。方法选择本院2013年1月-2014年6月确诊的慢性肾功能不全患者100例。分别采用免疫比浊法和胶乳增强免疫比浊法检测血清和尿液RBP水平。结果慢性肾功能不全患者RBP在血清中的水平为35.0 mg/L(29.1 mg/L,41.2 mg/L),在尿液中的水平为1.2 mg/L(0.2 mg/L,4.8 mg/L)。经相关性分析后,普瑞柏与西门子公司血清RBP检测试剂呈高度相关(r=0.994 6,P<0.001);普瑞柏血清与尿液RBP检测试剂不相关(r=0.022 9,P=0.135>0.05)。结论血清和尿液中RBP水平呈不相关,两者联合检测可能对慢性肾功能不全具有一定的辅助诊断价值。Objective To investigate the correlation of serum and urine retinol binding protein（ RBP） in patients with chronic renal insufficiency and its clinical application value. Methods 100 patients diagnosed as chronic renal insufficiency were recruited in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014. Immunoturbidimetry and the latex enhanced immune turbidimetry were separately used to detect the levels of serum and urine RBP. Results The level of serum RBP in patients with chronic renal insufficiency was 35. 0 mg / L（ 29. 1 mg / L,41. 2 mg / L）,and it was 1. 2 mg / L（ 0. 2 mg / L,4. 8 mg / L）. After the relevant analysis,Purebio was highly correlative with the serum RBP detection reagent from Siemens（ r = 0. 994 6,P〈0. 001）; while,the Purebio serum had no crrelation with the urine RBP detection regent（ r = 0. 022 9,P = 0. 135 〉0. 05）. Conclusion Serum and urine RBP levels showed no correlation,and the joint detection may have potential diagnostic value for chronic renal insufficiency.
