摘 要:目的调查沙门菌9种MFS外排泵耐药性相关基因的分布情况以及沙门菌的耐药情况。方法收集2012年4月-2014年8月温州地区176株沙门菌,用PCR方法检测9种外排泵基因(emr B3、emr B5、emr D1、emr D3、emr K、tet B、floR、yie O、yeb Q)并测序,进行NCBI基因数据库检索,同时测定菌株的MIC值。结果 176株沙门菌中9种MFS外排泵耐药基因均能检出,每株沙门菌中均检测到了2种-8种基因。药敏试验显示176株沙门菌除对左氧氟沙星、加替沙星、阿米卡星、亚胺培南完全敏感外,对其余17种抗生素均产生一定耐药性,所有菌株都呈2种及2种以上抗生素的耐药。结论沙门菌中MFS外排泵耐药性相关基因携带率高,或许是沙门菌高度耐药的一个重要原因。沙门菌呈多重耐药趋势,建议加强对生畜禽类沙门菌的监控和耐药性监测工作,以防止耐药菌株引起的食物中毒和暴发流行。Objective To investigate the distribution of 9 MFS efflux pump resistance genes and drug resistance of Salmonella.Methods 176 strains of Salmonella were collected from April 2012 to August 2014 in Wenzhou. 9 MFS efflux pump resistance genes( emr B3,emr B5,emr D1,emr D3,emr K,tet B,floR,yie O,yeb Q) were analyzed by PCR and DNA sequencing,database retrieval of these genes were carried out in NCBI,and MIC value of the strains were tested. Results 9 MFS efflux pump resistance genes can be detected in 176 strains of Salmonella. A total of 2-8 genes were detected in each single isolate. Drug sensitive test showed that 176 strains of Salmonella had high drug resistance to 17 kinds of antibiotics,except for completely sensitive to levofloxacin,gatifloxacin,amikacin,Imipenem. All strains had two or more antibiotics resistance. Conclusion The carrying rate of MFS efflux pump resistance genes was high,which may play an important role in inducing multiple drug resistance. Salmonella showed a trend of multiple drug resistance. It was necessary to strengthen surveillance and monitoring of Salmonella in raw poultry category,to prevent food poisoning and outbreaks by drug-resistant strains of Salmonella.
