摘　　要：作为一种新型农业经营主体,家庭农场是未来我国现代农业主要形式之一。文章通过对河南省十县(市)家庭农场的调查分析可知:目前,家庭农场在河南省发展势头强劲,但也存在着诸多制约发展的因素。政府要加强对家庭农场的培育和引导,抓住家庭农场"准入条件、土地流转、融资渠道、专职农民、风险保障、社会服务"六要素,使河南省家庭农场更快更好地发展。As a new agricultural management main body, the family farm will be one of the main forms of modem agriculture in our country in the future. Through the investigation and analysis of 10 counties＇（cities）family farm in Henan Province, we can draw the conclusion： at present, the family farm in Henan Province is at the stage of strong development, but there are still many factors restricting the development. The government should strengthen the cultivation and guidance of the family farm, seize six elements of ＂access conditions, land transfer, financing channels, full-time farmers, risk protection, social service＂ to make family farms in Henan province develop both quickly and well.
