摘　　要：文章基于我国当前知识产权服务较为落后的现实,提出我国应明确政府主管部门、服务机构以及企业三方主体在推动知识产权服务业发展中的作用,以政府引导、服务机构和企业积极互动为主要模式,完善包括知识产权创造运用服务、管理服务、价值评估、知识产权保护与风险防控等与产业发展密切相关的知识产权服务内容,建立健全知识产权服务政策体系、创新知识产权服务模式、培育复合型知识产权服务人才队伍、完善知识产权公共服务平台建设,营造良好的知识产权服务环境,从而促进知识产权服务业健康发展。The construction and perfection of the intellectual property services is vital to the development of the self-innovation and intellectual achievements transformation of the emerging industries. This paper puts forward that the central and local government, industry associations and enterprises should play their role in promoting IP services and work together, to perfect the content of IP service, such as IP innovation, management, evaluation, IP protection and risk control, as well as effective policies, a good social environment, new service modes and powerful IP service platforms.
