摘  要:膜堆外电路的电流泄露是电渗析技术中无法回避的问题.膜堆外电路电阻由配水管/集水管电阻和布水槽/集水槽电阻组成,并且布水槽/集水槽部位是电渗析装置中最易发热变形的部位.本文针对两隔室结构电渗析装置建立了电路模型,根据对称电路规律进行了简化,得到了1×N阶电阻网络图,并运用基尔霍夫定律推导出流经配水槽/集水槽电阻r0处的电流Ik通项式.引入实际电渗析器测量电阻参数,计算得出了Ik基本规律,并基于Ik规律分析了布水槽/集水槽热效应.研究结果表明,膜堆最外侧隔板布水槽/集水槽受热变形风险最高;且当电渗析装置由实验室规模扩至工业规模时,隔板布水槽/集水槽的热效应更加明显;隔板几何特性参数r0/r1对隔板布水槽/集水槽热效应影响极大.The leakage current of external circuit is inevitable in electro-dialyzer. The resistance of external circuit is composed by the resistances of the feed / drain pipe and the feed / drain channels,which is the easiest to heat and deformation. In this paper,a circuit model is established in connection with two-compartment electro dialysis device,and the circuit model is simplified according to the law of symmetrical circuit,then a 1 × N order resistor network diagram is obtained. In addition,a formula of current Ikwhich flowed through the resistance r0 of the feed / drain channels is deduced by using Kirchhoff's law. The resistance parameter calculation is measured introduction of the actual electro dialysis. It shows that the feed / drain channels is the easiest to heat and deformation in the outermost of membrane stack; Thermal Effect of the feed / drain channels is more obvious when electro dialysis device is expanded from laboratory scale to industrial scale. The geometric parameters r0/ r1 of the spacer has a great impact on thermal effect of the feed / drain channels.
