摘　　要：新能源车辆充电状态下,充电系统电磁兼容性能要求应更严格。本文介绍了ECE R10.04中对新能源汽车上可再充电式能量储存系统耦合至电网时,在充电模式下传导的电磁兼容性新要求,并对新能源汽车传导特性测试部分方法进行了研究。In charging mode, the new energy vehicle＇s charging system must meet stricter electromagnetic compatibility requirements. The article introduces the new electromagnetic compatibility requirements in ECE R10.04 for rechargeable energy storage systems （RESS） in new energy vehicles when couple to the power grid and conduct in charging mode. The article studies the testing methods in ECE R10.04 for the new energy vehicles＇ conduction characteristics, which provides some reference for the improvement of relevant domestic standards.
