摘　　要：探讨了在加速成果转化和大数据时代,基于"个性化"的精准医学模式的理念和产生缘由,从疾病的预防、诊断和治疗等方面分析讨论了其对公共健康领域可能带来的新机遇。同时,也针对系统建立的复杂性,数据使用的安全性、保密性和共享性,以及国家层面监管等讨论了中国发展精准医学所面临的诸多挑战。深刻体会到发展精准医学任重而道远,应基于中国国情,以满足中国疾病预防控制和公共卫生需求为导向,以科技发展水平为基础,通过对精准医学合理而科学的理解和应用,促进对预防、药物、诊疗方法的创新和研发,推动中国的公共健康事业的进一步发展。This paper discusses the concept and causes of precision medicine mode which characterized by personalization in the context of accelerating achievements transformation and big data. From the aspects of prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease, the new opportunities in the field of public health are discussed. At the same time, challenges of de-velop precision medicine were also ruminated in view of the complexity of system, the security and privacy of data using and sharing, and national level regulation in China. It is an arduous task to develop Chinese precision medicine. We should facilitate the innovation of disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment methods and drugs research and development, and promote the development of public health to meet the demand for disease control and prevention and public health as a guidance based on national conditions and the level of science and technology development in China through rational and scientific understanding and application of precision medical.
