摘 要:目的评价早期教育培训对1~3岁健康幼儿身体发育的影响,为促进幼儿健康发育提供参考资料。方法2012年9月~2013年4月从海口市妇幼保健院、市区各社区卫生服务中心、市区各早教机构选取492名1~3岁健康幼儿进行发育情况的问卷调查,其中早教组243名,对照组249名,分析评价早期教育培训对1—3岁健康幼儿大运动、精细动作、适应能力、语言和社交行为5个方面发育的影响。结果早教组幼儿总体发育水平高于对照组(P〈O.01);早教组13—18个月龄幼儿的适应能力和精细动作发育水平高于对照组(P〈O.05);早教组19~24月龄幼儿的精细动作发育水平高于对照组(P〈0.05);早教组25~30月龄幼儿的社交行为发育水平高于对照组(P〈O.05);早教组31—36月龄幼儿的大运动和语言发育水平高于对照组(P〈O.05)。结论早期教育培训能有效促进1—3岁健康幼儿的发育,该年龄段幼儿在大运动、精细动作、适应能力、语言和社交行为5个方面的发育变化有阶段性。Objective To evaluate the effect of early education and training on healthy development of healthy infants aged 1-3 years old, provide reference data for promoting healthy development of infants. Methods A questionnaire was used to survey the development of 492 healthy infants aged 1-3 years old from Haikou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital, community health service centers, and early education institutions from September 2012 to April 2013, all the infants were divided into early education group (243 infants) and control group (249 infants) ; the effect of early education and training on development of large motor, fine motor, adaptive capability, lan- guage, and social behavior of 1-3-year-old infants was analyzed and evaluated. Results The overall developmental level of infants in early education group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group ( P〈0.01 ) ; the developmental levels of adaptive capability and fine motor of 13-18-month-old infants in early education group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0. 05 ) ; the developmental level of fine motor of 19-24-month-old infants in early education group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.05) ; the developmental level of social behavior of 25-30-month-old infants in early education group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0. 05) ; the developmental levels of large motor and language of 31-36-month-old infants in early education group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0.05) . Conclusion Early education and training can promote development of healthy infants aged 1-3 years old effectively, the changes of development of large motor, fine motor, a- daptive capability, language, and social behavior among the infants are obvious in different stages.
