大株红景天注射液对不稳定型心绞痛患者经皮冠状动脉介入术后血清MCP-1、hsCRP的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨大株红景天注射液在不稳定型心绞痛患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后对血清单核细胞趋化蛋白1(monocyte chemoattractant protein-1,MCP-1)、高敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive proteinin,hsCRP)水平的影响。方法将64例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为红景天组和对照组各32例。对照组给予PCI治疗和常规治疗;红景天组在对照组的基础上给予大株红景天注射液10mL/d,连续静脉滴注2周。观察PCI术前,术后1d、1周、2周血清MCP-1、hsCRP水平的变化。结果PCI术前2组MCP-1和hsCRP差异无统计学意义;术后1d,2组MCP-1和hsCRP均达高峰;术后1周、2周均呈逐渐下降趋势,但红景天组下降幅度大(P<0.05)。结论大株红景天注射液使不稳定型心绞痛患者PCI术后血清MCP-1、hsCRP水平快速下降,其治疗机制可能与阻断动脉粥样硬化炎症反应过程有关。Objective To explore the influence of Sofren injection on serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1（MCP-1）and high sensitive C-reactive protein（hsCRP）of patients with unstable angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）.Methods Sixty-four unstable angina pectoris patients were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases as treatment group and 32 cases as control group.The two groups were given conventional therapy,and the treatment group was given Sofren injection 10 mL intravenous drip based on routine treatment,once time a day.The two groups were treated for two weeks,then the content of serum MCP-1and hsCRP of two groups were analyzed before PCI,after one day,one week and two weeks of PCI.Results There were no significant difference in serum MCP-1and hsCRP levels before PCI or after one day of PCI between two groups（P〉0.05）.After PCI for one and two weeks,the serum levels of hsCRP and MCP-1between two groups first increased,and then decreased,but the control group decreased slowly after rise（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Sofren injection can cause serum MCP-1and hsCRP of the patients with unstable angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention quickly returned to normal level.The mechanism may be related to the blocking inflammatory reaction of atherosclerosis.
